Yarrow and Peony Soap - 100g

Yarrow benefits...

Yarrow was always my favourite in a wildflower bouquet as a kid. It was plentiful and filled the gaps between fireweed and Indian paintbrush so this is how I always thought of it. However, if you’re out on a hike and manage to stumble and scrape your legs or need some relief from bug bites, you can create a poultice with yarrow to apply topically. Yarrow is a natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and mild analgesic which can help with minor pain and irritations. It’s also a great go to for acne in youth as it’s astringent properties helps tighten skin and shrinks the appearance of pores. It’s also hydrating, and a great choice for individuals that suffer with dry skin ailments such as eczema or psoriasis. At the apothecary, we’re always seeking new ways and recipes to bring these herbal allies to you, but one of our nicest (we believe) is our yarrow and peony soap.

So there you have it.. She’s pretty much the gal that can do anything and still fill in a bouquet nicely..

How do you like your yarrow?
